These terms govern your use of SandiaSpells, operated by Sandia Software Services LLC.

Use of the service

SandiaSpells helps create affirmations, voice audio, and listening tracks for personal reflection and general wellness. You are responsible for the prompts, goals, recordings, and other content you provide.

Wellness disclaimer

SandiaSpells is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, emergency support, or a substitute for professional advice. “Spells” is creative framing for intentional affirmation practice—not a promise of supernatural or guaranteed effects.

Voice consent

Only upload, record, clone, or synthesize voices that you own or have permission to use. Do not use SandiaSpells to impersonate another person or create non-consensual voice content.

Cloud and AI services

Some features may use third-party services for AI generation, voice, audio, hosting, or billing. Features may be rate-limited, quota-limited, unavailable, modified, or discontinued.

Subscriptions

Paid features may require an active subscription or entitlement. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through the platform where you subscribed unless a separate billing flow states otherwise.

Acceptable use

Do not use SandiaSpells for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harassing, infringing, non-consensual, or harmful activity. Do not attempt to extract credentials, bypass limits, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer protected service behavior.

Generated content

Generated text and audio can be imperfect. Review content before relying on it, sharing it, or using it in a sensitive context.

Changes

We may change features, providers, pricing, limits, and these terms as the product evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version.
